By accessing or using the Bullzfy Learners website (bullzfy.in) or purchasing any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Bullzfy Learners Pvt. Ltd. is a financial education company registered under the Companies Act, 2013. We provide courses, webinars, live sessions, and educational content related to the Indian stock market, trading, and personal finance. We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Advisor (IA) or Research Analyst (RA). All content is for educational purposes only.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• One account per person — sharing accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Upon successful payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access the purchased course(s).
• All course content — videos, PDFs, slides, and materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Bullzfy Learners Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957.
• You may not record, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share any course content without prior written permission.
• Screen recording, downloading videos via third-party tools, or sharing access credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
• Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners (Razorpay / Cashfree).
• Bullzfy Learners does not store your card or UPI details.
• In the event of a payment failure, please check your bank statement before retrying. Contact us at bullzfylearners@gmail.com if an amount is debited but access is not granted.

All content provided by Bullzfy Learners — including courses, live sessions, blog posts, webinars, and market data — is purely for educational purposes. This is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Users must not:

• Post abusive, defamatory, or illegal content in any community or live session chat.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users or instructors.
• Use the platform for any illegal activity.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise the platform's security.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. You may also request account deletion by contacting us; note that purchase history will be retained per legal requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Bullzfy Learners Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including trading losses, loss of data, or interruption of service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Faridabad, Haryana. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues amicably before initiating legal proceedings.

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the platform after the update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
