Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your learning experience. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Product Nature

All courses and learning materials offered by Bullzfy Learners Pvt. Ltd. are digital products (pre-recorded videos, live sessions, PDFs, and online resources). Because access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation and the content can be consumed instantly, refunds are not automatically available — but we do make exceptions as described below.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, email us at bullzfylearners@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request — [Order ID]” and include:

  • Your registered email address.
  • Order ID / transaction ID (from your payment confirmation email).
  • Reason for the refund request.
  • Screenshot of payment confirmation (if access was not granted).

We will acknowledge your request within 24 business hours.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, card, wallet) within 5–7 business days.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Razorpay / Cashfree processing fees (typically 2–3%) may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

5. Live Sessions & Webinars

  • Cancellations for paid live sessions/webinars made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund or credit.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund but may be credited for a future session at our discretion.
  • If Bullzfy Learners cancels or reschedules a session, you are entitled to a full refund or the option to attend the rescheduled session.

6. Subscription / Membership Plans

  • Monthly or annual memberships can be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • No pro-rated refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period.
  • Annual plan cancellation within 7 days and with less than 5% of content consumed may be eligible for a pro-rated refund — contact us.

7. Consumer Protection Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable Indian law. If you believe you have a genuine grievance, you may also contact the National Consumer Helpline at 1800-11-4000 or file a complaint on the Consumer Forum portal.
