How to File a Grievance
If you have any complaints or grievances regarding our services, please follow these steps:
- Email us at grievance@bullzfy.in with the subject line “Grievance — [Your Name]”.
- Include your registered email address, order ID (if applicable), and a clear description of the issue.
- We will acknowledge your grievance within 48 business hours.
- We aim to resolve all grievances within 15 business days of receipt.
What Constitutes a Grievance
You may contact the Grievance Officer for issues including but not limited to:
- Non-receipt of purchased course access.
- Billing disputes or unauthorised charges.
- Privacy concerns or data-related complaints.
- Content disputes or intellectual property concerns.
- Any other complaint related to our e-commerce services.
